I’m happy to share my experience with you. I have been buying several times from starruby-in, and my experience shows that this seller is absolutely trustworthy: all the gemstones were genuine and delivered as expected.
However, there is one issue you should be aware of – all the images are severely photoshopped. So, it is very likely that the gemstone will have some nicks or scratches that are not visible in the images. And the color will differ most likely, too. All the gemstones I bought were nicer in the images than in the reality. This is not to say that they were bad in the reality, but they were definitely not exactly as good as expected.
Price, price, price… None of the gemstones I bought was in the price range of this sapphire. Not even close to that. So, I don’t know, different price ranges might require different approach. I was always able to negotiate 35 to 45 cents on the dollar. So, I’d suggest you start at 30% and see the counteroffer you receive. Then decide on your next move.
