It seems to me jewelry prices have increased substantially at online auctions during the past few months. Could it be due to the Covid-19 pandemic? Or it’s a wrong observation? What is your experience? Basically, I want to understand whether it’s a good time or not to buy some jewelry.
Yes, unfortunately they are 🙁 No idea whether it has to do anything with Covid… Although most likely it does for prices started to go up shortly after this nightmare of a virus reached pandemic level.

Yes, they are up to 50 – 60% higher. So, this is not the best time for buying. Unfortunately…
I don’t know about other auctions but they are higher on eBay. Not sure whether it is related to Covid-19, but the prices started to increase a few months ago.
